Darkiste: they certainly are, and thats something after watching prokos critiques thats a pretty common error. Drawing in anatomy stuff really like slows the gesture process down and stiffens it.
Still learning assloads of stuff from proko, the critiques he has for premium stuff really is cool to see even how the most terrible drawings could have errors you just dont see. But yea heres some more of my embarassing attempts and the corrections next to them with notes of what to fix.
The neck is a complex thing, and theres a lot of gesture in it that really adds to a head. Its so tough to get this style proko reccomends down of like drawing very structurally and analytically, but im figuring it out the more i watch.
The two backs is me looking at a reference for five minutes and trying to apply some things from memory, which turned out pretty humiliating. The biceps hang much lower, the larger froms of the erector spinae were close, but the shape i had for the contour of the body was not appealing. I was still BSing some lighting here and there, and of course neglected how smooth the scapula was even with the bulging shoulder muscles. I did get a few things right tho, which is good. I got the general idea of the shadow pattern underneat the trapezius, i showed the form of the trap turning with shadow, and well the rest is pretty much wrong lol
