the forearm is a nightmare, but these vids have helped me work it out.
So i broke it down to like 3 parts at least for the pronated wrist.
1. the ridge muscles are an easy landmark with the brachioradialis on top and the extensor carpi radius longus underneath, which is a very dominating muscle.
2. there is a big bullet shape in the center which has the big extensor digitorum which is a muscle i remember well, and a few others like the carpi radialus brevus, and minimi.
3. the extensor carpi ulnaris is another easy landmark, which is following along the bottom curve of the ulna, but it can be tricky since the ulna changes position on the radius.
my drawings are getting better but still embrassingly scratchy, but i think im learning quick despite that. Ill definitely need to review this stuff as time goes on.
