Seem like you have trouble understanding how to allign object in perspective and how to evaluate long angle.
Here a few error that i think are major.
I recommend to place all the vertical and horizontal line first before any angled line if possible.This will help you place the rest of the element with much more accuracy.
The next thing i would also try to do is to draw the longest angled line you can find this serve as a really useful guide to estimate the degre of covergence of other line going back to the vanishing point.
Also remember that alot of thing will generally allign so try to draw line where thing align and use to create guideline.For example here the table should align so is the seat.
