How do you think, this kind of exercise could help with the "invention" of poses from imagination?
I joined this forum in the middle of despair about my inability to draw people from imagination. Half a year has gone, I've done anatomy studies, hands, Bridgman, life drawing, but this seems to have no effect upon my ability to scribble some believable and alive poses. All I could get stiff, rugged, anatomy-weird bold monsters. Of course, if I have more or less vivid idea of what I what, I could gather some refs and pull info from here-and-there.
This block stops me from having fun with what I do.
