You remind me of this show from when i was little...
On your dream knight, the black of the hands takes away from the focal point unnecessarily. I would put the same reflective surface you have on the rest of him on his gauntlets. I think in general you could focus more on using value contrasts within a composition to establish a stronger focal point. Im still trying to wrap my head around value to be honest. I would recommend you practice breaking comps down into 4 or less values. I see a tendency for you to have a very bright general value in pretty much all your comps. Hope this helps.
