This first batch is some of my Harry Potter illustrations. I was working from the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them book. I guess my aim was to paint them as if they were done by a wildlife artist like Robert Bateman. They are acrylic on gessoed paper.

Buckbeak, the hippogriff is 14"x18"
The Thestral is 9"x12"
The Golden Snidget is 7"x10"
The Forbidden Forest Unicorn is 8"x12"
Ashwinder 8"x10" (there's a little glare from the glazes, I think)
Graphorn 11"x14" (unfinished and was painted from the book description so it looks nothing like the movie version)
