--I never got much interaction on Deviantart either - same thing, everyone posts, nobody gives feedback. Twitter, maybe.

--Getting people to stick around and participate is quite a challenge for sure. It's a complex issue, but I think it stems somewhat from people not visiting sketchbooks other than their own, and in turn not receiving any feedback after a prolonged time and eventually dropping out. Whereas, if you post something on a Twitter or Deviantart for example, you get quicker, easier feedback, so more people tend to stick to those platforms. Just my theory. In a forum setting you'd have to interact and help each other for a healthy forum environment to exist, but it's not easy to pull off.

--Everyone's expecting a place to be active before they get active themselves... that's not how it works, especially with small theme-focused communities like this. If everyone who complains constantly about twitter or instagram (usually in a post _on_ twitter or instagram) instead posted here as much as they do there, this place would be bustling.

--with the way discord, tumblr, deviantart, twitter, and instagram have separated art communities, i highly doubt forums will be active unless people decide they want to finally take part in meaningful discussion outside of those bubbles. until then, nothing will change

--I am well aware how it works, believe me, not every page of that forum was saved at any time at all - others of course were saved at several times

--@Olooriel that because you have to go to the last time it was save and it not save everyday...

--https://web.archive.org there should be a save of your content there but better be safe than sorry... but for that you will need to have you full sketchbook url.
