In the beggining you can start just by focusing on your breath, just focus on that for 10-15 minutres, or focus on how when you breath through your nose, you can feel the air in your top lip

you dont need to sit a special way or chant silly montras either, just sit normal and let thoughts fade away without forcing anything

its really hard to concentrate especially in this day and age. i try to compensate it by doing the thing over and over again until it gets sinked into my brain

I was diagnosed with ADD and was a terrible student but I've learned how to cultivate interest in things that I start out not caring about at all. Pills are hardly the answer if you ask me

i have totally altered my body clock and now its hard for me to sleep at night. even as i try my hardest to sleep at night i always end up sleeping just before dawn and wake up in the afternoon.

Well how can you gauge how hard it is for someone to concentrate? You just have to take their word for it that they're trying to and cant. Its such a subjective thing, Im not convinced its a "real" thing.

i'm not sure either, but i could see other kids getting all focused in things like math and stuff, and me thinking, how can they do that?
