--so quick question about tshirt designs. so if you go to all these tshirt printing sites like redbubble, teefury, society6, etc most of the shirts are based on or are parodies of popular ips like doctor who. i dont understand how artists are able to make a profit from this but is it against "the rules" to have the name of the ip on the shirt?
