--yeah guys I doubt an art focused community would do anything like steal from their own members and kniw there will be a lot of scrutiny on their usage. facebook on the other hand doesn't give a crap about you or your rights and is undoubtedly selling all manners of big data information about you to corporations and governments as we speak. so if you're going to choose one....

--Feng Zhu's response because i like balance in my internet - I've already received a bunch of messages on it. I actually wanted to remove that line when I saw it a few days ago. The language scared the crap out of me too! We are working on modifying it so it's easy to understand. Trust me, we are not some shady site trying to steal your stuff. I've worked for a long time in this business and I'm not about to commit career suicide by doing something stupid to hurt my community (many of which are my friends and co-workers). What it is is a simple protection which allows DrawCrowd to upload your images to our various cloud servers (distribute). After the upload, we then generate thumbnails using your images (modify). And once your images is on the site, any user visiting the site can view and save your image if they want (allow users to save your file, and what they do with it is out of our control). But yeah, those lawyer terms are scary and way too harsh. Let us work on that to make the wording easier to understand and remove most of the scary sounding terms/words. You have my word, this site will not do anything to harm our users in any way.
