--That's a good start to loosen up and to practice line drawing . Wotek has 1hr of sketching a day as a standard. The better you get, you can cross over your skills.

--You can mix them - in the anatomy section can include animals and humans in perspective. Leave industrial design to hard surface and possibly an additional Master study section(which can include material indictaion).
