--Spaceghost: what I meant by 10 years, is that with my day job, I could only get 2h of practice per day if I didnt have freelance. That is roughly 600h per year if I dont do anything else. If I quit now and do 9h per day, I can have free nights and have almost 3,500h in a single year.
