--You can stalk people and message them out of the blue...and even chat with some cool art folk, but yeah it's mostly just a platform for everyone to yell their opinons at everyone else

--I only use facebook to shovel my shit at people, and maybe keep in touch with a few friends. I don't spend time on groups anymore or bother interacting with randoms

--@Amit: It does work for things such as getting the latest news on anything. But for things like building a community (or at least a semblance of it), it feels tedious. I mean, is it really a community if some voices are as significant as a drop in a bucket of water while others hold more weight?
