--im glad you agree with me on the size & contrast thingy, i'm really afraid that if they stick out too much some people will use them as a weird ranking system on who's word carries more weight or sth like that. that crap really happens and i never want that to happen here

--at the moment the badges are only a mod enabled feature. :) so only mods can do the tagging and only on profiles as a whole

--Thanks for the feedback Jan! I think smaller would work. Each iteration requires Dennis to do the changes we ask, so maybe we can let em run a bit and see what other changes might be useful, and do em all at once. About the other badges...I don't need any badge to acknowledge giving back myself, and it is a little bit qualitative. I think the reputation rating does that well enough.

--Special badges are harder to dictate.. it's not as quantitative as the CC badges..
