--Nah it's going to be fine, there's only some neurological symptoms. The pain's mostly gone. Just gotta strengthen the muscles now. Will start lifting weights soon.

--It came gradually, it was due to heavy schoolbags for 3 years + bad posture + 3-4 bad sport injuries. It's healed a lot though.
