31 May 15:43
--Now maybe this is a bit of a stereotype (I certainly don't fit into this), but most of the time artists aren't too scientific reports and the like, they like images and ideas more.
31 May 15:43
--or even logic to begin with, articles you see on social media are mostly clickbait

--only a tiiiiiiny fragment of the population knows about this http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-35nmTIcd-VU/TY...Levels.gif
31 May 15:42
--@OtherMuzz I agree, I read a lot of scientific papers on the subjects that interest me. It's just that most artists don't like to read. LOL
31 May 15:41
--Like there is almost always a science paper to do with some idea you have, and if you read it, it'll give you a better understanding.... but people don't do it
31 May 15:41
--Man i wish they taught people how to read scientific studies in high school. Like science reporting is such garbage that it's the only way to actually get close to the truth

--i thought you would be more like the titam arum which smells like a rotting corpse
31 May 12:26
--Hmm. I'm not a tomato plant. I'm more like my heliotrope that has died off twice now and keeps trying to make a comeback.
31 May 12:09
--ive heard tomato plants can get "cocky" if growing conditions are too optimal. They require some hardships in order to grow to their max size. Like how people with easy lives arnt as ambitious typically.

--They don't just respond to stimuli i thought it was recently established that the inreased output of electric impulses from plants that were cut showed they experience pain.
31 May 11:57
--plants respond to stimuli so they must have something that functions as a nervous system

--Muzz linked this pdf to me in the discord earlier, started reading and holy shit, I find it really relatable, definitely a good read, if you plan on practicing and improving on the art journey http://coral.ufsm.br/tielletcab/Apostila...weller.pdf

--@Adam: Plant's dont have nervous system and they usually produce seed (fruits, nuts etc) in order to be eaten, this way they can reproduce in larger areas
