--If it helps you, look at some pathfinder characters and try to duplicate it, I think you could get it close with your current abilities

--from what I've seen you don't have to be the "best" to work for Paizo or FFG, you could always email some of the artists who work for them and see how close you are to that threshhold, you also need to cater your work to that stuff or have a specific folio
