--Got just the perfect piece coming up, which will be real complex. I will see if I can bang it out better with some nice lines. I pretty much hate doing lines on my tablet.

--Here's to hoping the Magic Wand actually works like a magic wand in the next update.
13 May 15:02
--Haha. My own struggle at the moment, is frikkin getting client work out quicker! Every piece takes at least a week.. mostly even longer because of waiting for feedback. It ain't good enough. For my personal shiz, I can bang out a polished piece in a day or two.

--@Hermi At the end of the day, we're just guys giving you different routes to the same destination. The right path is always the one you choose for yourself. Good luck!
13 May 14:38
--Thanks look forward to see what happens really, thanks for the insights fellas. Good riddance its already midnight. Alright have to head off for now, see you all next time. Was a pleasure reading your thoughts on this.

--I was just about to parrot off what Muzz said. I think I'll let him just talk, I ain't adding any value :P
13 May 14:36
--But your advice is solid though, I just have to try it few times a month (limited time available right now) and see what happens.
13 May 14:36
--in the end i'm a random guy on the internet. just take what im saying at face value
13 May 14:36
--Well currently my goal is to understand his approach (since I really dig his approach) and eventually edit to what fits for me (which is what he also suggest)
13 May 14:35
--Again this all totally depends on what your goal is. If it is to follow Hampton's way, then of course do it that way!
13 May 14:33
--I haven't actually looked at hampton so i can't really comment tbh. My history is loomis/orielly/bridgman
13 May 14:32
--Hmm well, currently the process I am using or learning from hampton is, story/compoosition>proportion>weight/balance>anatomy, he mentions to avoid like slow methodical process of measuring the pose since you will eventually stiffen your pose either way due of adding construction later on or so.

--Ateliers have the benefit of not needing to explain the why as you have a teacher to give you that pressure, but self teaching you need to know how and where to apply that pressure to youself.
13 May 14:32
--Oh yeah, nuthing bad about them! Just some perspective and form could be tighter and what Muzz said
13 May 14:31
--Yeah this isn't a case of, "everything your doing is bad and you should feel bad" it's more about understanding why you are doing specific things.
13 May 14:30
--@Hermi I totally agree with Muzz with his stance. Accuracy. And his point to never lose sight of rhythm and flow. What you have now is the rhythm part. They're pretty lively in my opinion.
13 May 14:29
--I believe you can learn more from a single indepth study of one long pose, than a hundred scribbled gestures. Well at least I definitely did. Most ateliers will teach the importance of accuracy and measurement over gesture work. Not to discount gestures, of course. They have their place.
