--Photoshop is so finicky to get working right xD. As said, even before, it kept climbing up in ram usage, higher then this actually, problem is now it's so frequent that I can barely use it smoothly for long periods.

--i'm not updating photoshop, i'd have to get rid of my addons. though the tablets updated, plus I think I was using this version before and it worked fine(defineitly was'nt the most recent version)
