--And like Muzz said, being aware of your own internal thought processes which for most of us act like idiotic mischief monkeys waiting to catch us off guard. Spotting the monkey thoughts and doing an action to counteract them immediately is what I have found to be key. It's all about discipline. Eventually, the discipline fades into the background, and you are just working and enjoying doing it.

--@Eyliana, nothing works like a good deadline that you can't put off yourself at first. Then with enough practice at those you can try to apply self imposed deadlines...and see how you go with that. Accountability is everything. If you let yourself get away with murder, you will be Charles Manson (or Eileen Wourous?) in no time at all.
