--I have inattentiveness. Way I go around it is, sometimes you have to feed the beast. Jump from art piece to art piece. Let yourself have a little fun but time yourself to go back. Take a walk. Listen to something interesting that's totally different from what you're working on.

--@Jak I don't have an experience with adderall. And I probably won't just because I hate that feeling of dependency. Like having a crutch I don't really need. The thing about shortcuts is, things might be good and dandy at the moment, but almost always something is going to haunt you and bite you in the ass in the long run.

--Art Directors answer the question, "How can I get the energy I need to work on my personal projects after a long and exhausting day at work? I mean, I get exhausted both physically and mentally with my current job and it's pretty much when I get home from work that I have the time to paint. --The only thing that mostly helps when I fall into a bad place is physically remove myself to another location - and it usually needs to be a few blocks away at least. The initial repulsion of "How dare you leave work station with no work done" is sometimes difficult to overcome, but sticking at the workstation like that is always useless. Just 30 min to 1 hour away is often enough for me to reboot and be able to work again.

--...Are you implying aderall slowly builds discipline? Because that was my question: how aderall affects you if you don't have adhd/add :P

--feeling too feel-y to focus on drawing. Does Anybody that doesn't have add/adhd have any experience drawing whilst on alderall? Got hit hard with something friday; i thought about using aderall to push through the weekend. I imagine it's similar to being souped up on a pre-workout supplement. Itchy jitteryness, focus...idk. Thoughts?
