--@John; The sun is now covered by dark grey clouds, so no warmth :(. And yeah ppl love the sun here, especially after the winter. And we all need to sun, just not in the massive amounts some regions on the world get :P

--@Eyliana It's funny how the sun is a nice warm bright life-giving ball on your side of the world, while the same sun we're experiencing on this side is pretty much an asshole.

--@Kurt, I bought a high spec mobile workstation refurbished, to save on money about 18 months ago. It should have lasted at least 5 years, longer if I got rid of Windows. So it's a bit of a bummer, but they are attempting to fix it (mobo) replacement amongst other things out of warranty so it won't be cheap. I decided to get a desktop as well no matter what happens, because I can't go this long without a backup again in the future.

--also @Jan kloidt whats the link to the vimeo videos about the masters and their works, for some reason I can't find it.

--@Amit how long did your workstation last? I'm thinking mine's a ticking time bomb.

--@neo, just doing the first exploration and detailed sketches in pencil really...still will have to render digitally, but I hope to have a new machine in a week. It really is great fun and easier doing pencil thumbs, so I might stick to this workflow in the future anyway :)

--You got to be careful with your arm, wasgodx, you can really hurt yourself if you ignore those warning signs. Take a break until your arm feels better, and remember to warm up next time.
