--Yeah, first I have to get the easier things. It's a good read but for now I don't think I am prepared not for that and not for How To Draw. I'll just stay with Perspective Made Easy, Hampton book and Proko for figure.

--i have the book too, but haven't touched it a lot yet. it's really advanced and builds on other fundamentals that are much more important in the beginning, like perspective or anatomy. so dropping framed ink for now may not be a bad thing at all.

--i see composition like this: there can only be a composition in the first place if there is a story. otherwise it's just a nice arrangement of shapes or lines, but a composition has a goal: to get the story across, how simple it may be. that way you have a frame of reference to judge your comp with so you can tell if it's a good comp or not; if it is doing it's job or not
