I would like to get to a level where I can get payed to do art though. I suppose It's another one of those moderation things. I don't want to be so relaxed I procrastinate training but I don't want to be so scared I can't hold a pencil.

Our world is mostly dictated by others telling us what we should be doing, and what is worth doing, and what success looks like. Why would you want to submit yourself willingly to even more of that bullshit in the one area you have for yourself, namely, your own creativity?

People need to stop equating the achievement of others at a young age as something to be admired and/or terrified by. Wisdom doesn't come with achievement, it comes through self knowledge. Live your own life. Achievement means nothing.
