--@stardustlarva: just like the basics of it, how much water do i use and do you apply water on the palette or on the brush, what can i do if the paint dried on paper but i need to blend the colors there etc.

--I don't even sure what I"m up and about for by now. Good time to simmer down and cardio some more for the coup de grace

--lol Fedo, was just thinking that! But ended up too pissed to get off. Them are right wiht the exercise suggestions, non-wank physical exerction so far is the best method, and when in public situation, deep breathing works best

--Also, set things on fire. Just watch them burn down to nothing, again and again. Really feels good. Espcially if it's papers on which you wrote all your mad rants.. Of course do this in a sink or parking lot

--@Tripna: What is it you feel you don't know about using the paint? I'm no expert but I've used acrylics for a while

--I got space for stationary workout, yeah, and when I'm not at home I think I'll plan some area and routes for myself to do cardio or whatever.

--Punching sounds good. I'll bring my hand gear and go for long walks after finishing whatever I gotta do that day.
05 Feb 05:45
--i tried acrylics today and it was so hard :D very unpractical compared to digital, i feel like i lack a lot of basic stuff about the paint, can anyone link a good resource for it?

--Just do burpees for 10 minutes. You'll be absolutely wrecked. Skipping rope is good too, as is a punching bag. Don't need too much space for either. Would love to see burpees used as an anger mgmt technique in public haha

--Do you have a space in your home or apartment that you can jog in place or do jumping jacks? If so there's a bunch of cardio stuff out there for people who don't own a treadmill or it's too cold outside

--body language and posture maybe. body and mind are influenced by how we behave and vice versa. that's why power-posing before i.e. job interview is proven to be helpful. so maybe consciously relaxing body posture (goes well with the breathing others suggested) might be helping too.
