--I don't know, but I think your wrist won't be allowed to press down as hard because that'll push the table easel around. Your wrist will also be bending in a different way than on flat table. So in that sense it might help your wrist, as well as letting your shoulder rest, since your arm and elbow won't be raised up as highly, unless your easel is not placed at the edge of the table, then you'll be raising your arm just as high to reach across the table to your easel.

--Yonderly: drawing clean smooth line art in Photoshop is pretty hard, if you're using a PC, get LazyNezumi, or use a very big canvas, and after doing your line art, shrink it down a bit to a still big enough size for painting...

--yea i actually found working through it backwards is actually more stimulating, or more entertaining, some pages have some very dry and academic information, it's a great book though, i've honestly learned a lot of vital information from it

--I know Fedo; I've done my research. I plan to read through it thoroughly without going through exercises to start with, look don't touch. Then go through it again with the intention of doing the exercises. I have read on some reviews that it may be in an illogical order.
