--All I see is rich kids
16 Aug 19:42
--Yeah, that's the paradox. When you have a job you earn enough money you have the money to on vacation, but don't have the time anymore. In college you don't have the money, but you do have the time :p
16 Aug 19:41
--Well, you *could* do a random vacation. It's just that, don't be surprised if the company randomly dismisses you haha!
16 Aug 19:41
--@John; Yeah, but annual leave is fixed to a max amount of days, which is not even close to holidays you standard get when in college.
16 Aug 19:40
--@Eyli: Ohh.. I see what you mean. That's pretty much your 'annual leave', in terms of the working life.
16 Aug 19:39
--And sure there are weeks you make 60h+, but you have a lot more freedom to plan things and also weeks not much happens
16 Aug 19:38
--Freedom, like time mostly. Being able to say, I'm gonna bail on studies today because I wanna go to a music festival, or go random on a week of holidays :P
16 Aug 19:36
--And I miss freedom :o College sure isn't fun all the time, but it gives you an amount of freedom that you won't get when you have a job
16 Aug 19:36
--@zest: I don't too. I mean. I don't miss school. I hate formal education in fact!
16 Aug 19:35
--Hehe, maybe I'm just complaining because I have to work all day but don't get paid for working all day
16 Aug 19:35
--@Eyli: Y'know what.. being out of college for so long, seems to me adults are pretty much kids trying to act as if they aren't.
16 Aug 19:35
--I'm fine with that, really. I just don't see why people "miss" school or college D:
