--I'd be super condensing down what we have here at Daggers, but as a small study group that's what we're after. Plus it's handy to have collections of resources from some very talented people on dA.

--I found that with the 'lessons', people started comparing eachother. I want to start adding exercises that let everyone figure out what they're capable of.

--Yeah, I wouldn't hold her as an example for the whole group. She's made me and a whole bunch of others co-founder so I've been adding some content. The other admin are a bit sheepish about doing it themselves.

--(more my ability to give and receive critique, but also technically short as of yet) totally unrelated.. I'm testing out the food colouring to see if rocksalt will give the same effect you get with watercolour - downside to this /long/ drying process.. it smells like playdough..blergh

--I dunno how dedicated some of the people there were, I'd join and post regular, but CP made it damned clear I wasn't up to scratch
07 Sep 11:00
--I use youtube playlists, when I remember, beyond that, if I haven't put it in a journal post, it's goneburger

--Yeah well I'm trying to get that dA group awake again, and all the things I wanted to post aren't in my bookmarks >=[
07 Sep 10:52
--I know that feel, we need to have someone drop all links into a forum post under tutorials
07 Sep 10:36
--I swear no matter how many times I add links to my bookmarks I can never find them again... I'm going to have to go through everyone's thread in resources and just make my own list in notepad. And trudge through shoutbox archive.

--Yeah, I need to figure out all the stuff you can do in Krita. It's kinda annoying when watching a gumroad tutorial and they're doing photoshop stuff, and I -know- that Krita can do the same stuff, in a different way, and it's like.. I'll look up a tutorial one of these days for Krita lol

--Punk keep up the good fight, really seeing progression happening, keep at it! :)
07 Sep 09:18
--Plus like I said, Sycra - he's using photoshop usually, but the stuff transfers, I'm still terrible at straight up drawing digitally, but I know how to flat and colour comics and stuff like that
07 Sep 09:16
--also, if you wanna talk with the Dev's, they are on irc, and /really/ nice guys - freenode #krita
