--One of the reason I started exercising Bookend, one thing I'm also incorporating is stepping out of home for change of time, like I'm doing now haha. (Starbucks), good change of pace.

--i had it happeneng last week where i would just do 30 min of sketching in the evening and i discovered something that lead to a breakthrough 2 days later

--I find I'll take small breaks. Study for an hour and a half, take a half an hour break. Or study for an hour, take a 5 - 10 min. It varies.

--Quality over quantity. If you can do 16 hours of good quality stuff, awesome. I figure.. It's good to do -something- everyday. Even if it's just 5 minutes.

--and stay healthy ofc. of your just sitting there for weeks without moving youll go insane
29 Aug 01:32
--yea, true. sometimes there are those days when im focused 16h and sometimes i just wanna vomit after 30 min

--Going at it full day, will eventually pay its own tolls on your body/mind. We kind of spoke about yesterday when you mentioned about 16 hours a day study, it's not really about the amount of hours your study, more of how you effectively study.

--yeah you can always make time to study at least a little bit, but nothing is more effective than a full day of just going at it with your mind focused on nothing but improvement

--Since I haven't worked yet, but more interner etc. I think part of the process is to also shift mindset when you're working, as in, thinking of it as exploration/adventure, till you reach another level. Like how you explore in role playing games. Haha. Wonder if this is making sense. :D

--Even if it's just 5 minutes a day or 2 minutes, that little moment enhances the overall mood of the day, and eventually you can start carving out more time, when you find a way to make it work.
