--gah, I applied for a job illustrating a kids book, and the info I've got back would make it only worthwhile if the book has max of 5 images in itfor the price they are willing to pay.. plus it's people drawing.. and they want an example pic of a /child/ and they have sent me reference images of an adult.. not sure if I should just say nope, I'm not quite good enough yet or what.

--It'd be weird if students modelled at their own school :S here they have to be part of an agency, which is good for the school because someone will always show if there's ever a cop out and good for the models because theyre covered.

--I don't think I'd ever to be a model for a class. I always feel awkward when it's a student, like I'll see them on campus and think "hey, I've seen you naked"

--felt like a waste of a trip, but that is a false feeling. I had reason to study feet, and so I did - feet of different gender, sizes, colors, ages. In the end it was worth it, and better than just trying to see my own feet from very limited view angles
