might change it tho after getting used to doing more with digital painting other than laying down brush strokes and erasing.

I have my wacom pen button set to switching color and Alt for color picking. I'm used to doing a lot of buttons on keyboard and still getting used to table's buttons.

mine is set up to whatever the default is, I like lower click grabs the canvas and moves it, I use that all the time, upper click pops up the popup thing.. which I don't use but probably should

Yup. It's useful for grouping layers and duplicating stuff to, since I don't work with a hand on the keyboard (nerve inflammation on my left hand - a weird thing since I'm right handed. I was either doing something very right or very wrong)

It's funny that, even for being lighter on the internet usage, skype is far choppier for me

Hangouts are resources hogs. But if you have the bandwidth, I do think it's the best experience though.

mmm, I'll wait till next week after the end of mth billing cycle thing and see how much it actually sucks up

17 Aug 18:25

you can adjust the bandwidth to low in google hangouts but not sure what difference it makes

if that's right, the 150mb per 10 mins, I could use up all the rest of my daily limit in 30mins :/

It's just a way of monitoring your traffic amounts and speed. Internet speed is very variable depending on quite a large number of factors unfortunately.

What is this network tool business and how does it make internet not suck?

17 Aug 16:59

I saw an article that claimed, 150mb / 10 mins for google hangouts, compared to 30mb / 10mins for Skype. Hangouts are totally rubbish for me, but I have incredibly high attenuation where I live.
