--And then there are situations like my work and center management, who didn't get council permission to divide stores how ever many times. We weren't impressed with the power usage and after further inspection found our lines being divided off elsewhere. The center was siphoning off the shops power to use for the center's electricity.

--Yeah that's happened here with power, gas and water. They do like to bill for estimates. "Oh, we didn't know you were away for a month, we just thought our meter was malfunctioning and added on what you normally spend"...

--can't, it's shared with other people in the house, but don't normally even reach 60g in a month, but the providor had a glitch with their usage thing, and are swearing that it's right, when it wasn't working for two weeks

--ack, I have 100gb limit, and the usage meter says - even after doing /nothing/ no tubes, etc for a week now, I'm still gon eceed the limit.. anything over costs $$, so not keen on that

--Also I have a sibling that busted our 200GB limit on TV Serials. Everything is slow, so no streaming until next week or so. Even trying to load everyone's SB here is a pain. No Artistic juices for you.
