Hello all! new to the forum so i figure an introduction is in order. My name is Ian, Im 22 and living in Los Angeles, currently attending the 3 year program at Gnomon School of Visual Effects, Hoping to get somewhere in the video game industry but my heart is more in concept art and illustration, I have drawn/doodled my whole life but it wasnt till i started gnomon that i really understood what being a concept artist was so i have been buckling down and trying to paint as much as i can, im Sure i have tons to learn from all of you and i cant wait to get into this.

I also wanted to start a google hangout group of painters so anyone interested let me know! always have fun watching my fav. artists hangout and shoot the shit while they paint and i love that atmosphere and i want to see it happen with all artists, not just the ones who can support the viewers.

Well thats about it, back to painting. :D

Hey Ian! Welcome, went to your blog and I really like the character designs which are neatly done!
There's a hangout already you just go tohttp://livestreamstatuslist.appspot.com/ and there's a box on the right called crimson hangout. Hope it helps!

Hi OnyxGiant. Your sculptures look really tasty!

I currently use google hangout with another artist one here and I love being able to draw along whilst watching somebody else. I would be interested in starting a hangout!
