i am an Hobbyist and i no longer aim to become a pro at art. its to much work

come on ghost59, draw a lot more if you wanna be at the level of your fav artists ( and this should be your goal if it's kicking your ass to work more !!! ) Fill in a sketchbook full of drawing from observation and then you'll already feel better, fill in 10 and you'll feel so great !! keep up your work dude !

i will keep up the work but i don't want to become the level as my fav artist anymore. :)

its just a dream, i am 18 years old. i need to grow up.

Iam 22 and I threw my B.Sc (Chemistry) to eventually become the one thing in my life i love the most. If I wont chase my dreams I have nothing left worth to live for.

Hi mate, Looks like you are embarking on the adventure of a lifetime here.

It's awesome that you are doing perspective studies, these really are the right direction to go and and is the best way to start imo.

Already in the thread you have jumped leaps and bounds.

What drawing books are you learning from so far?
