I like listening to light-hearted stuff when I work and more serious things for when I commute. Most of my ~serious podcasts have already been posted, so here are some things to lighten your workloads:

I Don't Even Own a Television

-- A podcast about bad books! These guys are hilarious and thoughtful, and never cruel or offensive. They don't pick apart indie authors or go for low-hanging fruit. Personal recommendations are Doom: Knee Deep in the Dead and the Wild Animus episodes.

The Mystery Show

-- The season is over and I'm very sad, but the first few episodes are amazing. The host solves real-life mysteries, talks to people-- it's kind of hard to describe, but the humor is very positive and you walk away from each episode feeling better about the world.

Knifepoint Horror

-- Okay, I lied. I like good horror, too, and this is some quality storytelling. Very well written and narrated and very fun. I feel inspired after every story. It's also on indefinite hiatus :(

We Hate Movies
