Hello, I'm AfricanVoodoo.
I want to start this sketchbook because I need guidance/advice on how to get better with my art. I am going to ask on every post that I make for critiques on all of my studies and sketches. This is so I can feel relieved that I have someone over my back. No one is there to watch over me to make sure I am doing the right thing so I'm all on my own.
I hope being on this website will give me guidance, and I hope I can help other people as well. I also hope I will reveal more of myself down the line as I post more and more!
If you are wondering, I am trying to get into the field of Character Design. I've been drawing my own characters ever since I have started to take drawing seriously. It's fun and I want to see if I can develop my skills so I can land a job.
If you have any advice on how to improve my character designing, please let me know!
