TRIGGERED: I think the colors look better on the redo, but the pose and forms are just the biggest flaw. Like there are better ways to enhance the silhouette of that pose. For instance, just cover up the character with a flat black tone and see the silhouette. Then find some examples of characters expression that kind of stammered angry emotion. You can wing the arms out at the side, raise them in the air in rage. Change the angle, not just three quarter view.
