Gesture/Figure Drawing tutorials and resources help?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if their are other tutorials other than Proko regarding gesture/figure drawing. I'm trying to push myself more and focus on drawing more from life, as well as full bodies and drawing faster. I figured gesture/figure drawing is a good way to go. I enjoy Prokos tutorials immensely, but I feel like I learn better with in depth tutorials.

In addition, i'd love to have some resources to practice each with.
