mmkay, so i spent many hours today trying to set up a scene for this flower picking. Im definitely asking my mentor for more advice on how to further progress a thumbnail or how many more i should do, i mean i know the more the better; I just havent done lots of thumbnails in my life to be completely fair, and not on this new 2-3 value system.
At this point its harder to come up with a cool scene than it is to draw and render it. Im hyper aware of things like overlaps, silhouettes reading, rythms and gesture in the composition, tangents, etc. It's hard to put anything down confidently, so maybe after lots more of these i'll get more comfortable. Im not particularly sold on any of these thumbs, but I definitely think i can design better, so we'll see
