You are off to a good start. Continue to study constructions of the faces and bodies and such, and you will stamp out a lot of your errors in no time. 
I recommend that you take some time each and every day to study from the more well-known art and anatomy books and really try to nail the basics.
As for your paintings, I recomend that you put some more time into value and color temperature studies, as well as edges. The hair on a lot of your characters could have some more softer edges for example.
