Yes, always gotta have those soft edges on the eyes ;)
A few observations below. Nothing looks bad, they are just more nitpicks than anything.
I think the biggest thing is the proportions - in your version her head is quite small, her body is large. In the ref her body is narrower cause of the angle, and her head is actually bigger. The ear feels like it's a touch out of perspective and you've made the lobe a lot bigger than it actually is. Also, might just be a personal nitpick, but in the ref we can see the planes of her nose a bit more; the angles of the supratip down to the columella, whereas you've rounded them out.
