Your arm rhythms are weak, they are so even and undefining that they create a big resting area that competes with the rest of the image, the photo has a better contrast between upwards facing planes and lateral ones for the shoulder as well

it's very subtle, and more about how I perceive that curve than an actual geometric measurement, especially since the shoulder strap on her back is visible, but y'know, just saying

it almost feels like a different painting because it's so flat and its forms don't really lead you anywhere

also, idk if you already adressed this but those stripes are a pretty powerful compositional element, you might wanna add them to your portrait if you wanna judge your composition better

also the forehead curve is smoother, and those loose strands reach the eyebrow level.
