@JosephCow, thanks so much. The buckle is a Sheela na gig, don't know why I did it honestly 
I Played around with the proportions but kept coming back to the original after doing maniquins and measuring proportions. I think it's the foreshortening thats catching me out. Not sure what to do next. I'll keep at it.
