no matter how much i try i cant find this artist

if you go to google, click on 'images' to do an image search. You can actually use your mouse to click (and hold the button), drag the image into the google image search tab and drop it into the search bar. It will search for the image itself and give you various sizes of the image.

Sometimes it will link you back to the original artist too :)
