you attending some online course or conceptart school
your stuff looks quiet varied and academic
keep it coming :)
Thank you :D Nah just studying on my own, never had a formal art education :/
I wish I did though, just for the environment it would provide.
As for online courses... none yet, any you'd recommend?
if you have the money theres the CGMA classes
the scholism classes
the http://www.conceptdesignacad.com/
Concept design acad
i think that ones an acual school idk
but yh not for everyone but some ppl have been helped tremendously by online classes
brotherostavia on here did paul christophers class on industral design which was highly recommended by trevor claxton, and he really improved his design sense.
the trouble with alot of those online classes is that most of them cater to the process of that artist.
so unless you draw the same subject matter or you want to emulate their process for self betterment
they can be quiet useless
they dont spend much time on teaching the fundermentals but they focus on the artisits process for creating the final image and it makes sense. the artist dosent study anatomy before he paints his character, hes already done that years ago. so the problem arises that alot of younger beginners just learn high level tricks before learning the basic stuff.
so go for the foundational classes
micheal hamptons anatomy classes on cgmw
scott robertsons matte surface rendering dvds
thats a good place to start
there torrents for those floating around out there if you dont have the money to buy them
keeping it real, i did
use the internet, goggle shit and be a sponge.
happy painting man :)
