Sup man. I like your pencil work, especially the monsters and brutes. I feel that your work is a little blocky and doesn't have a sense of natural flow. A good exercise you're doing is gesture exercises. Another thing you can do is when going digital work, after you finish your sketch, you open a new layer and simply redraw the image. With everything blocked out, you can just focus on making confident brush strokes and unifying the image.
