@ Vatteh: Thanks for the crits there :) I have only made one traditional painting (the one in this post) and I'm not that confident when painting digitaly. That tip seems like a great exercise, since I often end up messing about too much with the strokes: "Gotta have form, but it's gotta be smooth too, not too blocky and messy...but..a sense of texture as well-SHIIIEEEE"
So here's my first attempt at traditional painting. Did a study of Anders Zorn's Knitting maid piece. Even tho I didn't get to spend so much time with it, I felt like it was a great practice over all. Gotta do more of these, building up painting confidence and knowledge and realising that I don't have to try to paint "fast" just because I can (so easy to do that digital compared to traditional)
Now I actually HAVE to think before placing a stroke ;P
Also, more gesture things from school. Drawing with a live model.
