Edit: Actually I wanted to add one additional thing.  I've studied analytical face drawing under Kevin Chen for 10 weeks, and I've done anatomy/figure drawing, on and off, for about 2 or 3 years.  Unfortunately, these classes were done in charcoal.  I've been pulling hairs trying to translate that knowledge into digital in an effective manner.  I'd love to learn a superior's digital drawing techniques to not only understand faces in a deeper manner, but also to speed my workflow and to analyze faces better.
