Still playing with PS to try to get better images online. Also decided to try digital. There's the sketch layer and some quick tones I threw down. I spent the better part of three hours just trying to get PS to do something. Had all kinds of problems with drivers and pen pressure and lag and god it took forever but finally my tablet decided to make marks without barfing up a middle finger and after all that this was the result. It was a quick sketch, maybe in the future I'll try more digital but for now it's just me, pencil, and paper doing unspeakable things together whilst my tablet and PS look on enviously from across the room. Wow. I don't know how I feel about that analogy.
