I finally decided to take the plunge and try oil paints again.
I'm so glad I did! Even though it's not perfect, I think this one turned out so much better

and my crappy setup with the finished painting:
The only thing that bothers me is the shadow of the apple's stalk... But I'm afraid I'll mess up if I do anything about it...
Some things I learned:
1. The color you think you see may not be the colors you think they are.
I never thought I would use really light orange for an apple that I assumed was red.
2. Maybe it's better to work in an ventilated room, instead of my tiny bedroom.
*high off turpentine XD* And my lungs feel "tired" >_>
3. Don't be stingy with your paints.
I didn't use any turpentine though (during painting...the fat over lean rule). Should I have?
